I found the hotel to be conveniently located on the main road leading to the Plaza de Armas, making it easy to access all the major sights in Cusco. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a big plus. However, my room was quite internal, which didn't suit my claustrophobia, and the lack of a street view was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience! The rooms were spotless with a very good breakfast selection, though a bit small and with a window overlooking the corridor. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was my favorite part, super close to everything with a great rooftop view. The dining experience was simple but tasty, especially with the made-to-order eggs each day. Overall, a great value for money!
My stay at the hotel was overall wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short block away from the main Plaza de Armas with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was good with fresh, local items available. The only downside was a slight smell in the hallway, and the price could have been better for the value offered.
